ABOUT ME
Writer and Director Charles Paek has had many years of experience in both VFX Supervision and as a Creative Director. With a life long appreciation for the Arts and study of film, coupled with this technical background in visual effects, this has allowed him to seamlessly transition creating and directing both high end graphic experiences and photo real, cinematic design.

Drawing from his early days as a lead designer at CBS Broadcasting to his years of experience working at Digital Domain, Charles has the knowledge to execute on many levels; whether it is an emotional character piece or an action packed car chase chock full of visual effects, he has the unique practice and vision to bring it to life on screen.

Charles has directed and supervised numerous VFX commercials from Acura, Aston Martin ‘Reverie’, Infiniti, Avengers Alliance 2, Target, Tanqueray to high profile music videos from Green Day and Prince. Charles has also just directed a Sci-Fi short film called The Black Door with Daniel Thron and currently in the midst of developing a television series. While at Digital Domain, Charles was able to garner a Clio win and VES nomination.
